Your story!

The venue we booked gave us two options for a caterer, Clocktower Bistro and some other caterer. I must say when the second caterer shutdown due to COVID, I was a little nervous that we did not have any options. To my pleasant surprise, I could not be more thankful for how things turned out!! Mark and his wife are some of the most kind people to work with. They put their customers first and ensure they are happy. Mark really went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. The food him and his staff served was absolutely DELICIOUS!! We will certainly be visiting their restaurant in the future. Thank you again to Mark, your wife and all of your staff!!!!

Exceptional service outstanding food selection and the quality is terrific. I highly recommend for a night out. We've been here before loved it and will be going back. The owners are incredibly approachable and extremely caring of their customers

Very nice restaurant. A vast variety of choices.

If only the owner Mark was as pleasant as the food here. Firstly ordered for take out and the food was hot, ready and delicious. We were so happy we called to give praise to the manager or owner if available. The owner Mark came to the phone my wife informed him how happy we were with service and quality of food . Assured him we would be back. He replied "great" ok bye? And hung up . Lol I guess the Clocktower has not been hit as hard as other restaurants during these times. That they can turn a happy customer away because they are far to busy to be polite. 4 stars for the food 0 for Mark's people skills.

100 percent wonderful.

The restaurant here is an oasis of good food in a huge desert. The service is always warm and friendly, and the food is always delicious. Yes, they will serve up boring standard cuisine like burgers and steaks if that is all you want, but where they really shine is with ingredients that are a bit outside the usual north american diet, and you really owe it to yourself to try something new here.

Great food and service

Eaten here several times and it is always been great. I have tried many menu choices and have not been disappointed with any but I have to say the wood fired pizzas are really awesome!

Great place to eat. Very accommodating. Nice ambiance. Pizza was delicious. Please do something with the flies.

Food was good. Service was good. Very accommodating staff. Parking was easy. AUGUST 2021. Food was adequate. Not hot. Rather bland. Waiter was accommodating, but new. Women doing the Covid contact was not having a good day, and it was obvious. Disappointed. Other visits have been 5 star. May try somewhere else next time.

The hotel portion was really nice, we didn’t get the chance to eat here yet. Clean rooms, and courteous staff.

Thank you for the meal tonight (and Jack Fm). We had heard the food was excellent. It was very tasty and made it back to London still warm.
