The simple act of creating great meals warms my heart. Watching the reaction on peoples faces fills me with joy. A life long passion for food and cooking began at the tender age of five when I announced to my family I am going to be a Chef. I never looked back. I have always been in the kitchen. From my early years cooking with my mother and grandmother to the day I set foot in my first professional kitchen. A passion for food is the only way to describe it. The feel of it, the look of it, the smells and the taste. It is total sensory overload every day.
Now having been in the Culinary industry for over 40 years working with some of the finest chefs around I have refined my craft and share it passionately with the Clock Tower Catering every day.
Having catered everything from birthdays to weddings and anniversaries there is nothing that I haven’t been able to provide. Small intimate gatherings to large upscale weddings. It truly doesn’t matter I love catering them all.
In this day of fast grab and go meals I like to slow it down and offer only lovingly prepared meals made from scratch. The meals I grew up with. Sourcing locally, preparing from scratch, offering as much organic grown food as I can resource.
Every event big or small gets the same attention and passion I put into everything.
